1. NO REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds for any salon services. If you are unsatisfied, please inform us during the service or within 48 hours. We may provide a complimentary corrective service appointment within five days of your initial visit.
COMPLIMENTARY CORRECTIVE SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY MANAGEMENT AND WILL ONLY BE OFFERED IN THE INSTANCE OF NAIL TECHNICIAN ERROR, WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE CHANGING YOUR MIND ABOUT POLISH/GEL/DIP POWDER COLOR AT THE END OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
2. No Pets Allowed: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets into the salon.

3. Children Policy:
Children are only allowed if they are receiving a service. Parents/guardians must accompany children due to the use of chemicals in the salon. We are not liable for any incidents.
4. No Food Policy: We do not allow food in the salon. Or food must be in containers sealed.
5. Guarantee for Services: We guarantee our services for repair within 3 days. Manicures are not guaranteed, but touchups for chips within 24 hours.
6. Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings. Please keep valuables with you during your visit.
7. Noise Level: Please maintain a minimum noise level to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
8. Health and Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons with hygiene reasons, open wounds or any health concerns that may pose a risk of spreading viruses.
9. Disruptive Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any patron causing disruptions or problems in the salon.
10. Service Discontinuation: Services may be discontinued if a patron’s behavior affects the
experience of other clients. Thank you for your cooperation.
11. Payment collection: receptionist collect payment at anytime after the clients agree on the cost of service.
12. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for check-in. Consent: I acknowledge the premises are under video surveillance and consent to the use of service photos for marketing purposes.
Clients arriving 5 minutes late or more may have their service modified or rescheduled according to our availability
